This page explains what IT Prescription ("ITRX", "we") collects through this website, where it goes and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What We Collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, organization, organization type, email address, and optionally your phone number and role. We also collect what you tell us about your project, such as the kind of help you need, product categories, size, timeline and any budget notes.
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
How Your Submission Travels
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form service. FormSubmit processes the submission only to deliver it to us. Once it arrives, it is stored in our business email account.
What We Do With It
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare a quote and follow up about that work. If you become a client, we keep it as part of your account records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Email us and we'll take care of it.
